Bulls beat Sonics in ’96 to go up 2-0

Michael Jordan scored 29 points and Scottie Pippen added 21 as Chicago beat Seattle 92-88 in Game 2 of the NBA Finals.

Chicago outscored Seattle 53-38 in the middle two quarters, building a 76-65 lead enterting the final quarter.

Shawn Kemp led Seattle with 29 points and 13 rebounds.

The Bulls took a 2-0 lead in the best-of-7 series with the teams playing Game 3 in Seattle.
